Meal-prep Your Way To a Stress-free week.

Do you get to Monday morning and think, “shoot, what to have for lunch today?” You haven’t spent a couple hours of your Sunday evening making some tasty, nutritious meals to enjoy through the week. So you decide to buy your lunch from the nearest deli to your work. Just one day doing this is fine, right? You purchase an over-priced, over-processed meal and hurry back to your desk to quickly gobble it before your 2pm meeting. The lunch leaves you dissatisfied and hungry, meaning you are too tired to prepare some lunches for the rest of the week. And so you are stuck in a cycle of paying too much money each day, for a meal that doesn’t satisfy you, that is eaten too quickly as you spent most of your lunch-hour walking to and from the deli. THIS CAN BE AVOIDED!
